Charges

Warranty Repairs are usually performed entirely free of charge for owners with an Apple Warranty, though a free repair is subject to the Terms & Conditions set out by Apple, which can be downloaded from the menu shown to the left of your screen.


If you would like us to confirm the current warranty status of your device, please provide us with your serial number and details and we will get back to you within 24 hours:

Most Apple hardware products come with a free one year limited warranty and if you are lucky enough to have an AppleCare Protection Plan you will be covered by a 3 year limited warranty.  As an Apple Authorised Service Provider we are one of the organsiations carefully chosen by Apple to make hardware repairs to your equipment.


If your Mac has been purchased within the last year or is covered by a 3 year AppleCare Protection Plan, hardware faults are repaired free of charge, subject to Apple’s and our own terms and conditions.  All you have to do is drop your Mac off to us (and power supply if you have a laptop) any time from 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.  If you would like to call us for more information or to pre-book to help speed up the repair please feel free to call our service team on 01689 897722 and have the serial number of the faulty machine available.


Alternatively you can mail the item to us or request a call out (charged at £75+VAT).


Please note that Apple Warranties do not include cover for accidental damage or software issues and if these factors are the cause of the problem you may be charged for the repair, although we will notify you before progressing with work that will incur charges.


If you have purchased your computer within the last 90 days you are advised to contact Apple under your complimentary phone support on 0208 469 2222 for software support and to help determine what type of fault your machine may have.  AppleCare Protection Plans offer a 3 year warranty and free technical phone support.  It be can purchased within the first year of you buying your Mac, and activated over the phone by calling us on 01689 897722 or a boxed version can be delivered to you.
