How do I transfer or choose a domain?

If you have a domain already then please call us to arrange a transfer.  If you don’t currently have a domain please click here to visit our domain checker function to find out which domains are free that you might be interested in using for your account.

What level of support do you provide?

For us, support along with our advanced technology is the most important part of our Web Services.  If you have any issues accessing, administering or accessing your account you are free to contact us by phone or email.  Please note that if you have website that were not developed by us or database and other FTP contents, we are not able to provide specific support for these areas of your account, other than to help you backup, clear or reset such areas.
